Who we are
The Vault is operated by LRB Real Estate Investments ("LRB", "we", "us"). We connect verified real-estate buyers with off-market properties we hold under contract. Questions: deals@lrbinvesting.com.
What we collect
When you apply for membership we collect your name, email address, mobile phone number, and your buying criteria (markets, price range, property types, strategy). When you use the portal we collect usage data such as which deals you view and the offers you submit, so we can match you to relevant deals and operate the service.
SMS / text messaging program (LRB Deal Alerts)
If you opt in to text messages, we send you automated deal alerts and account notifications from LRB. Message frequency varies based on deal flow. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time and HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. We record the date, time, and content of your opt-in.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except as required to deliver the messages (our SMS service provider) or as required by law.
How we use your information
We use your information to: verify your identity as a buyer, match deals to your buy-box, send you deal alerts you asked for (email and/or SMS), process offers you submit, and improve the service. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers who help us operate the portal (hosting, email delivery, SMS delivery), under contract, and only as needed to provide the service — or where required by law. We never sell or rent your contact information.
Data retention & your choices
We keep your account data while your membership is active. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing deals@lrbinvesting.com. You can opt out of SMS by replying STOP and out of email via the unsubscribe link in any message.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
