▸Why are some addresses hidden?
Deals marked “In Process” are still being finalized with the seller. To protect the seller and the contract, the exact address is revealed only to members we approve for early access on that specific deal. Once a deal is fully under contract, verified members see everything automatically.
▸What does it cost to join?
Nothing. We make our money on the deal, not on membership.
▸Are the numbers guaranteed?
We publish facts: price, specs, photos, and recent sold comps from public records. We don't publish ARV or rehab estimates — you run your own numbers, like every serious buyer does.
▸How fast do I need to move?
